Wayfinding Program
SPECIAL NOTICE: Please note that currently our Wayfinding Program is on hiatus while we undertake some program improvements. Please visit our Long-Term Care Resources page for a number of helpful online resources. You can also email us at info@concernedfriends.ca and we will respond with a list of resources that may help answer your questions. Our apologies for not being able to serve you at this time, but we hope to be back up and running in the near future.
Our Wayfinding Program is available to members of the public in Ontario. Our volunteers will respond to your calls and emails asking for advice and assistance regarding a long-term care resident, family or a friend of persons residing in long-term care homes or planning to move to a long-term care home. There is no cost to users.
The following numbers are our local and toll-free answering service. You will hear a recorded message where you can leave your name, contact number, and information about your issue or question. Alternatively, you can also email us.
